TCU WR is now no longer cheap ray bans sunglasses facing charges
Carter was charged in April for possession of less than two ounces of marijuana when he was pulled over with Alexis Harris. Carter was driving, but the car was Harris'. Now, based off the charge dismissal, the marijuana was allegedly Harris' too. His attorney, Michael Scheider, said it was simply a case of Carter being in the wrong ray bans outlet place at the wrong time and that police cameras showed the marijuana was in Harris' purse.
“They looked at the evidence and said there’s not evidence he was possessing any of this marijuana,” Schneider said. “Based on that, they dismissed the charge. There’s no sense in dragging this kid through the cheap raybans mud when they know they didn’t have a case."
Per the Tarrant County (Texas) prosecutor's office, Carter's charge was dismissed because of insufficient evidence at the prosecutor's discretion. Harris' case was not affected by the dropped charges against Carter.
According to a TCU spokesperson, Carter's status on the football team is unchanged.
As a junior in 2013, Carter had 31 catches for 370 yards last season despite taking a leave of absence from the team in November for personal issues. 14 of those catches came in TCU's final three games.
